Sierra Noble Metals is a mining group committed to developing and extracting low technical risk, high-margin precious metal resources within Sierra Leone. Our flagship project, the Baomahun Gold Mine, has progressed from a greenfield exploration initiative to an advanced development stage. Located approximately 200 kilometers east of Freetown, in the Valunia and Kunike Barina Chiefdoms of the Bo and Tonkolili Districts, the Baomahun project encompasses a land area of 124.27 km².

This mine is poised to become Sierra Leone’s first large-scale commercial gold operation, with a JORC-certified resource of 5.81 million ounces of gold. The primary mineralization targets are situated between 300 and 500 meters below the surface, focusing on high-grade gold veins that promise substantial returns.

Our operations are supported by robust infrastructure, including the development of the Baomahun Hybrid Power Station, a 58MW facility combining solar, battery storage, and thermal power to ensure sustainable and reliable energy for our mining activities.
